Ghayath Janoudi | Founder | Loon

Ghayath, a medical doctor and Ph.D. in Epidemiology, is a Clinical Research expert and Co-Founder of Loon -- a Clinical Discovery biotech leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and expert validation to uncover novel patient insights and speed up the Clinical Development processes. Previously, as Vice President at Platform Life Sciences (now Purpose), he led Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Clinical Development of adaptive trials in infectious diseases.

He also worked with the Federal and Provincial governments in Canada, managing Pharmaceutical Reviews at CADTH and guiding healthcare reimbursement decisions across Canada. Beyond industry and entrepreneurship, he mentors at the Founder Institute Health Tech in San Francisco. Ghayath seamlessly bridges the worlds of clinical innovation, healthcare leadership, and academia as an educator at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Medicine.
