Laura is a dynamic leader with 20 years of clinical operations experience, passionate about eliminating preventable pain and fostering freedom. She began her career in bench science with a focus on immunology and has since led diverse biotech and pharma teams. Specializing in clinical trial optimization, she’s built Study Start-Up units, launched innovation pilots, and developed strategic site partnerships. Now as Head of Global Site Engagement at GSK, Laura drives faster trials and improved site and patient experiences. Outside of work, she’s a mom and active in her San Francisco church, serving in a recovery ministry.
