The Meaning Behind the Team Name: Helicopter
The helicopter museum in West Chester houses the largest collection of helicopters in the United States. The innovation of the helicopter has people and cargo, military uses, construction, firefighting, search and rescue, tourism, medical transport, law enforcement, agriculture, news and media, and aerial observation, among others, and life flight. Flying a helicopter requires that you be focused while fully engaged. It takes both hands and feet. You need both hands and both feet to subtly steer. The helicopter metaphor reminds us that in some important and challenging conversations, it can help to be subtle and thoughtful, with a focused mind, while also being precise.
