Main Program
Main Stage Talks
Each day we’ll gather together as a community in the Uptown Knauer Center to learn and get inspiration. This year’s lineup will be announced soon but here are some talk titles of topics we’ve covered in past Gatherings:
Where Artificial Intelligence and Regulation meet
We Need Sites More Than They Need Us
Eliminating Friction in Clinical Research
Meals and Meetups
The best part about the Gathering is making an authentic connection with someone and leaving with a key relationship in the sector that goes well beyond the event. We create several opportunities throughout the entire Gathering to spark these connections:
Meetups: join casual hangs from the time you arrive until after the main program ends. Chat about relevant topics and find fellow attendees that share common interests.
Meals: don’t forget, the best conversations usually happen around a meal. We host special meals like a seated dinner reception, lunch around town, and more.
In case you were wondering — Yes! Most of your meals are actually included in your registration.

For a couple of days, thinkers and doers will gather in West Chester, Pennsylvania, to contend with the future. Each participant will contribute critical thinking for the industry’s toughest challenges, and have something to show for it at the end of the day.
There is a rising awareness of the need for human-centric clinical research. (Call it patient-centric or participant-centric – but the human is in there.) Whether Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT) will be a more dominant or more supplemental piece of the clinical research puzzle, we can all agree that the sector is changing, and that we do need Digitally Competent Trials.
The new world faces a growing set of questions. Nearly every researcher, sponsor, vendor, nods their head at these themes. What will they really mean (beyond marketing points)?
