1-Day WorkshopDisruptive by Design:
Reimagining the Clinical Trial Ecosystem
What would clinical trials look like if we could tear up the rulebook and design them from scratch? In this hands-on workshop, participants imagine the ideal trial ecosystem with no constraints, diagnose exactly what stands between that vision and today's reality, and leave with a concrete, near-term action plan to start closing the gap. Part provocation, part working session that incorporates all of the innovation already present across the industry, it is structured to turn “someone should fix this” into “here's what I'll do Monday.”
Participants will leave with:
A reusable Reimagination-to-Action Playbook — a one-page framework they can rerun with their own teams on any entrenched problem.
A shared barrier map that distinguishes genuinely structural constraints from inherited assumptions that could be challenged today.
One to two concrete, near-term actions each participant is personally committed to, scoped to their actual sphere of control.
A cross-industry network of peers who have worked the same blockers from different vantage points — sponsor, site, regulatory, and patient advocacy.
