1-Day Workshop

After AI, It’ll Be Something Else: Building a Career with Room to Move

Preparing for each new disruption keeps us reacting to the latest threat instead of building the capacity to navigate change itself. In this hands-on strategy lab, participants will work together through clinical research career scenarios, using simple business tools to reposition existing strengths, make a credible case for a new direction, and place smart bets as new information emerges. Brief private reflections will help participants translate the group’s discoveries into insights about their own careers and the possibilities they want to create.

Participants will:

  • Practice navigating career change without trying to predict what comes next.

  • Explore how the same experience can support different positions as conditions change

  • Learn how to make a credible case for applying existing strengths in a new context

  • Create a private Room to Move Map they can revisit as their career and environment change
