1-Day WorkshopWhy Your Ideas Aren’t Landing—
and How to Fix It
Good ideas do not always speak for themselves. In this workshop, participants will learn how to turn expertise into clear, influential communication across meetings, cross-functional discussions, leadership updates, and conference presentations. Using practical frameworks, real-world examples, and guided practice, participants will identify where their ideas lose impact and revise their messages so they are easier to understand, remember, and act on.
Participants will leave with:
A practical communication framework for structuring ideas clearly and leading with the main point.
Techniques for adapting a message to different audiences, including leaders, peers, supervisees, and cross-functional partners.
A clearer understanding of common communication habits that weaken influence, including over-explaining, hedging, softening language, unnecessary context, and weak framing.
Practical verbal and nonverbal techniques to strengthen clarity, confidence, and presence. A before-and-after method for revising an idea, update, proposal, or presentation so it is more likely to create alignment and action.
A personal action plan for applying the framework to one real upcoming meeting, conversation, or presentation.
